By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Rescron AI software ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase or use the Software.
Rescron AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on a domain basis. You may install the Software on the number of domains permitted by your specific license purchase. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share the source code with any third party without explicit written permission.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for how you use the Software. Ideally, the Software allows you to build investment and trading platforms. It is your strict responsibility to ensure your platform complies with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations applicable to your business operations.
Rescron AI is a software provider, not a financial institution or investment advisor. We do not provide financial advice, trading signals, or investment services. The logic and algorithms within the Software are tools for you to configure; they do not constitute financial recommendations from us.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RESCRON AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, CLAIMS, OR LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR HOW YOU USE THE PRODUCT. WE DO NOT MONITOR, CONTROL, OR ENDORSE THE PLATFORMS BUILT WITH OUR SOFTWARE. ANY LEGAL CONSEQUENCES, FINANCIAL LOSSES, OR DISPUTES ARISING FROM YOUR BUSINESS OPERATIONS ARE SOLELY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. WE PROVIDE THE CODE "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
Due to the digital nature of the Software (open-source PHP code), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the Software has been downloaded or installed. Please verify that the Software meets your requirements (by checking our demo and documentation) before purchasing.
We reserve the right to terminate your license immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms, including but not limited to: violating our anti-piracy measures, redistributing the code, or using the Software for illegal activities that harm our reputation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rescron AI is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
